Care and Use

Our products have been designed + made to be used every day + to last for generations with care. 

As we use objects in our everyday lives we leave traces of ourselves on them that create a rich + characterful patina as the surface reacts with the air, imbuing them with history + personality. We like to embrace this natural process + have designed our products to age handsomely. 

After use we recommend washing our products in warm water with a mild eco-friendly detergent + then drying thoroughly. 

We discourage our customers from using silver cleaning products as these may contain environmentally harmful ammonias + acids. 


Shipping and Insurance

We endeavour to process all purchases within 2-3 business days.

We offer free delivery with all purchases + combine postage where possible.

All UK orders are posted Special Delivery which are fully insured. 

Our overseas sales are sent Internationally Tracked + Signed, except for The Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand + Oceania which we can only post as Signed For. 

All Overseas purchases are fully insured during transit. 

Any tracking codes will be provided to the customer once their parcel has been sent.


Estimated Delivery Times:

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days. 

The Netherlands + Europe: 3-5 business days. 

Japan, North America, Australia, New Zealand + Oceania: 5-7 business days.


Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs + import taxes that may apply. 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns and Exchanges

We work hard to make our customers happy, but if there is any problem with your order then please do contact us. 

We will gladly accept any returns + exchanges up to 14 days after delivery. Items will need to be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, before we can process any exchanges or refunds.

We are unable to accept order cancellations or the return of any items discounted in our sales.


Conditions of Return

Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Returned items must be in their original condition. The customer will be responsible for any loss in value during transit which we will deduct from their refund. For this reason we recommend to our customers who wish to return items to send them insured for the full retail price.

We promise to only use our customers shipping, billing address, + contact information:

To communicate with our customers about their order.

To fulfil our customers order.

For legal reasons (for example paying taxes).

To inform our customers of any promotions or events that we may be participating in through our Newsletter, which our customers can opt out of at any time.

Our shop has SSL, which provides a layer of security at checkout. Payments are processed through Paypal + our mailing list is hosted by Mailchimp, both of these organisations take great care to keep your data safe.
